パフォーマンス・アーティスト、ダンサー、動きの研究者。
動きの即興について取り組み、最近はイスラエル拠点のいくつかの即興グループとともに上演活動を行う。彼が即興やコンタクト・インプロヴィゼーションに抱く関心とは、それが未知の場所のものであり、動く者がその流れにまかせるその瞬間、誰もリードしないその接触点であり、動く身体を放り出す内外のつながりや、身体が空っぽの管となって情報が流れるに任せる状態になることである。
アディは、イスラエル・コンタクト・インプロヴィゼーション・フェスティバル(www.Contactil.org)と、インプロジャンクション・フェスティバル（www. ImproJunction.com）をプロデュースしつつ、世界中でコンタクト・インプロヴィゼーションを指導している。

選択されていない道

動きに用意されている選択肢を見て行こう。私たちはどの動きを最初に選ぶのだろうか？
今はその選択肢を横に置いて、ほとんど通ったことの無い道を進むことにしよう。
通常は忘れている選択肢だ。この道はどんなふうに見えるだろうか？
そこでは何を感じるだろうか？この新しい道を選ぶことで、
さらにどんな新しい選択肢が開かれてくるだろうか？
自分の癖を放りだして、自分が失っていた動きや方向がつまった部屋の扉を開けるとしよう。
普通ならば、見たり選んだりしない動き方がつまっている部屋の扉を。
これらの新しい選択肢と古い選択肢を、私たちの身体や動きや生活に、喜んで受け入れよう。
それらが、私たちのなかにある新しくて未知の場所へと私たちを導いてくれるに任せよう。

The road not taken

Let’s look at the options we have for movement, which option will we choose first?
Now we put these options aside and go to the less traveled road, the options we normally forget, what does this road look like? How do we feel here? What other new options open up for us when taking this new path?
By letting go of our habits we open a door to a forgotten room full with our lost movements and directions, ways of moving we don’t normally see or choose.
We welcome these new/old options back in to our body/movement/lives and we let them lead us to new and unknown places in ourselves.

Ady Elzam
Ady Elzam is a performance artist, dancer and movement researcher.
He is working mainly with improvisation in movement and currently performing with several improvisation groups in Israel.
Ady’s interest in improvisation and contact improvisation is the place of unknowing, this moment that the mover lets go and gives in to the flow, the point no one is leading, connection of inner and outer worlds throw the moving body, being an empty vessel letting information flow throw the body freely.
Ady is producing the Israeli contact improvisation festival (Contactil.org) & ImproJunction festival(ImproJunction.com), and he teaches contact improvisation around the world.

南米エクアドルのキト在住。振付家、ダンサー、指導者。幼少期に器械体操を習い始め、1991年～93年には3年連続でエクアドル全国大会を優勝したというアスリートとしての経歴の持ち主。1995年にコンテンポラリー・ダンスに転向。2000年キューバのダンス・カンパニー“Retazos”に所属していた時にコンタクト・インプロヴィゼーションに出会う。同カンパニーの世界ツアーでスウェーデン、ドイツ、日本、フランス、オランダ、米国ほか全13カ国を巡り、公演を行う。これはまた、彼女が各国のコンタクトに触れた時であった。彼女のアスリートとしての経歴と動くことへの衝動を存分に発揮できるこの形式こそが、情熱を傾けられる対象だと感じたという。2003年よりその指導を開始。エクアドル国内にてクラスやセミナーやジャムセッションを定期的に開催し、コンタクト・インプロヴィゼーションの実践と普及の場を創り出してきている。加えて、エクアドル国内の指導者とともに、国際的なフェスティバルやイベントの企画制作を行う。

リヴィング・ストラクチャー

～身体をフレキシブルに組み立てる～

このクラスでは、解剖学的構造としての身体への気づきを高める動きを学びます。アクロバティックなゲームやＣＩの基本的な技術に取り組みながら、想像され得なかった世界の探求に乗り出します。動くことそのものが楽しいと感じることのできるシンプルな動きやCIのエッセンスを見つめながら。常に動き続ける構造として身体を捉えると、身体が考えてゆくというリアルな思考を体験することができる。
対比的な地点の間に想像上のラインを引いてみよう。私たちは、そのラインを通って２つの地点を結ぶ動きの流れに乗ることができる。このリヴィング・ストラクチャーというテクニックを通して、私たちはCIの一瞬一瞬に存在しつつも、さらに次の段階へと展開してゆくことを学ぶ。

Sofía Barriga Monteverde (1980)
Lives in Quito, Ecuador, a country in which contact improvisation continues to evolve every day, where she currently works as a coreographer, dancer and teaches Contact Improvisation.
For 10 years, she has been creating opportunities for the practice and dissemination of CI in Ecuador through jams, classes and seminars. She has produced several international festivals and events with teachers in her country.
At an early age she began practicing gymnastics. She won the Ecuadorian national championship for three consecutive years (1991-1993).
In 1995 she began her career in contemporary dance.
Her first encounter with Contact Improvisation was in Cuba 13 years ago, while working with the dance theatre company “Retazos”. This discovery led her to travel to different countries, such as Sweden , Germany, Japan, France, Spain , Holland , Israel , United States , Argentina , Brazil, Chile, Peru and Colombia. It is during this tour where she discovers that Contact Improvisation is her true passion.
CI Live Structures
To think of the body as flexible structures
The study of acrobatics, contemporary dance and butoh, have led her to search for new paths within Contact Improvisation, which in turn have to investigate the physical structures of the human body, .
If we think of the body as a structure in constant movement, we create thoughts that become a reality the moment we put them into practice. The relationship between opposite places create imaginary lines that allow us to flow through empty space. This technique of structure in movement lets us develop and live in the present moment within Contact Improvisation.

「力を抜く」「重さ」「弾み」など自然の原理から導かれた野口体操の世界を入門編としてご紹介します。
「動き」のみならず、創始者野口三千三氏の「言葉」、動きのイメージを喚起する「モノ」(教材)等も合わせて立体的にお伝えする予定です。

野口体操を創始者野口三千三に学ぶ。演劇活動を経て独学でダンスへ。
表現活動とともに教育・福祉の現場や市民参加型事業において身体ワークショップを展開中。

『音楽とどう関わるか：リズム、テンポ、呼吸』
このワークショップでは音楽のもつ時間的側面からダンスを探求してみます。
特にリズムやテンポとどうつながるかという意識を強めることで、

音楽を構造的に把握することで、感覚的なつながりだけでなく、
音楽と知的につながることができるようになります。
